Poor sleep is one the most common symptoms of the perimenopause with 40-60% of women reporting difficulties staying asleep and waking more during the night. Often this leads to extreme tiredness during the day and aggravates a whole host of other symptoms such as irritability, anxiousness and low mood.

As well as being the founder of The Sleep Super Power Academy, Sally is also an award winning clinical hypnotherapist using Rapid Transformational Therap and the host of The Menopause Mindset Podcast. She also teaches wellness practitioners how to become Menopause Holistic and Wellbeing Practitioners via an online course.
