Mary has an inspirational story which has taken her from a place of being very unwell and  broken to becoming super strong - she can lift a keg above her head!

Mary is a a civil engineer by trade but her own personal transformation led her to become a crossfit coach and mentor and to create her business Strong Formula.   She now helps other women take control of their life and to become the best version of themselves, particularly during menopause.
