On today's Thursday Thoughts, Lucy and I are talking about sleep.
We all know how important it is to get 7 - 9 hours a night; but there are many other things to be mindful about when it comes to optimising our sleep.
We talk about going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, when to stop drinking caffeine, stopping eating a couple of hours before bedtime, and much more!
