As we move through life, our values change, particularly during perimenopause!
Knowing our values is SO important because it enables us to show up in a way that is fully aligned to who we are and helps us to reach our goals.
Quite simply, when we're living our values, we feel good.
They help us to make decisions easily as well as focus on moving towards the life we want to live, which uitmately makes us happier.
In this episode I walk you through the step by step process I use to discover my own values, and by the end of the episode you too will know what your up to date top 5-7 values are.
