#45 Taking Control of Your Menopause Brain Chatter
Do you find that your negative brain chatter has gone into overdrive since you've hit perimenopause?
Well, you're certainly not alone as a drop in hormones exacerbates our existing brain chatter.
In this week's solo episode I talk to you about that brain chatter, that ‘itty bitty shitty committee’ as I like to call it.
Those voices that keep us up in the middle of the night, that talk to us in a way that we would never talk to anybody else, that make us sabotage our good intentions and make us feel like utter shit!
By the end of this episode you’ll have some strategies which will help your itty bitty shitty committee shut the f@£k up as well as have more control over what you think about rather than be a slave to your thoughts.
