This subject can be triggering for many, and in this conversation we don't hold back...but if you want to change your life for the better, then it starts with taking responsibility for yourself and your life.
We can make excuses all day long as to why we haven't started the exercise regime, or left the job that's making us unhappy. We can blame other people and circumstances, and play the victim until the cows come home, but ultimately it's up to us.
